Beyond the Runway: Reimagining Fashion with Palm Angels

The Solo House had the honor of collaborating with Palm Angels for their SS21 season. Due to Covid restrictions, traditional fashion shows were canceled. This is how we stepped in by bridging the brand seasonal collection and a broader attempt to creatively re-interpret its ethos.
When Covid disrupted traditional show schedules for SS21, we worked closely with our friends at Palm Angels to reimagine how they would present their new collection. Led by founder Francesco Ragazzi, Palm Angels is known for cutting edge design and meaningful brand messaging. We came together to produce their seasonal lookbook, tapping acclaimed photographer David Sims to capture the collection. His stunning images formed the basis of a coffee table book published by Rizzoli New York as a standout piece of visual art. Beyond just fashion photography, we collaborated with an array of talented creatives like Friedrich Kunat, Javier Jaen, Lea Colombo and Rosie Marks. Their artful perspectives helped bring the brand philosophy to life through different lenses.
Presenting the lookbook images and additional concepts together in one beautiful book allowed Palm Angels fans to engage with their vision even without a typical runway show.
The publication showcased the collection and the brand’s ethos of individuality and progressiveness. We were honored to help Palm Angels share their message in new, impactful ways during a challenging time.
